We had originally rented the full package for the event, but Mother Nature had other plans and forced us to move everything indoors at the last minute. What really stood out was Luis’s flexibility and customer service. Rather than increasing the cost when we adjusted our rental needs, he was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to keep the tables and chairs we needed without any hassle. His professionalism and willingness to work with me during a stressful situation made all the difference. Our event honestly would not have been possible without his company and excellent service.
